Aditya Fajar

Aditya graduated from Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia, with a bachelor degree in Communications majoring Public Relations. Before joining Maverick, Aditya had an internship with Freeport Indonesia and Watson Wyatt Purbajadga. Aditya had also been studying Human Resources Practices in the University of Southern Queensland, Toowoomba, Australia.

In Maverick he is currently a member of the Citi Indonesia, Sindicatum Carbon Capital, and Sariwangi teams. He is also trusted to take charge of Maverick’s corporate blog.

 

 

 

Crivenica ‘Riri’ Alam

After serving as a consultant for over two years in Maverick, Riri now focuses on the overseeing of Gauge, Maverick’s Media Monitoring Department. Her goal is to provide the clients with accuracy, timeliness and quality media monitoring, while continuing to improve and expand its service. Previously as a consultant, Riri led the Airbus, Business Software Alliance, Dopod and Excelcomindo accounts, as well as projects involving Microsoft and the UNDP. She was also a key member of the Maverick team that manned the Aceh Nias Media Center for the one-year commemoration of the Asian tsunami. Before coming to work for Maverick, Riri was a marketing communication manager for a personal care and spa products company, which supplies to five-star hotels and resorts worldwide and was also an academic writing lecturer at Atma Jaya Catholic University in Jakarta. She graduated with honors in English from Silver Lake College, USA, and earned experience in journalism and public relations at the same time.

 

 

 

Dewi Suci

Dewi began her career in Public Relations as a PR Assistant at a Japanese company before becoming a copywriter for news media. Metro TV then approached her a position as a scriptwriter for Citibank’s Money Talk and Dunia Samsung. After a year, she decided to move to Metro TV’s news production division, joining Metro This Morning, a daily English News Program. Apart from reporting from the field she also produced and hosted Going Gourmet and City Living, two weekly news features. Dewi holds a master’s degree on International Relations from the University of Indonesia. Dewi, who is also fluent in French, is now handling Pfizer account at Maverick.

 

 

 

Hanny Kusumawati

Hanny holds a BA in Communications Studies from The London School of Public Relations—Jakarta; and in 2005, Indonesian Directorate General of Higher Education acclaimed her with “The Best Student” award. In Maverick, she currently leads Coca-Cola and Sampoerna account. Hanny mainly focuses in brand communications and the use of new media in public relations. As the event manager of Indonesia’s first national-scale blogger gathering Pesta Blogger 2007, Hanny has established close contacts with Indonesia’s most prominent bloggers and netters. Hanny is one of Maverick’s media handling skills trainers and she is now in charge of the company’s business development

Indri P. Rosid

Indri brings fluency in four languages — German and Italian on top of English and Indonesian to the pool of talents at Maverick. She holds a BA in Foreign Language and Art major in German Language and Literature from the State University of Jakarta and a diploma in public relations from The London School of Public Relations. In 2004 she received a scholarship from the Government of Italy to study Italian in Siena, Italy. Prior to joining Maverick, she was a public relations and marketing officer at the Aerowisata Group. At Maverick, she mainly focuses in IT and health industry and has been involved in several client projects for Microsoft, Symantec, Dopod, Pfizer Indonesia and DKT Indonesia. Currently, she leads Citi Indonesia account and a member of Sindicatum Carbon Capital account.

 

 

Lita Soenardi
With over 15 years of experience in the communications industry, Lita specializes in corporate leadership programs. She has helped clients develop their CSR programs that include Citi’s acclaimed PEKA program, Program Bimbingan Anak Sampoerna, Bayer’s environmental program and Pfizer’s Healthy Living Paradigm Campaign. Lita was Vice President at Ogilvy PR Jakarta before co-founding Maverick. As a partner she focuses on managing Maverick’s backroom operations to ensure that deadlines are met, details are checked and rechecked, work moves smoothly and employees’ professional and personal needs are met.

 

 

Marini Sastri

Rini started her carrier in public relation when she joined Maverick in December 2004 as the media tracking officer. Rini holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Science majoring in Public Relation from Prof. Dr. Moestopo University—Jakarta. Previously she has intern program at National Narcotic Board as Public Relation staff before joining Maverick. Now she is in charge for the Gauge Media Tracking daily operational, includes ensuring all clients’ deadline is on time. She is also coordinator for several Gauge’s clients, including media analysis for Sampoerna’s PR Marketing team, media monitoring for Bank Danamon, OCBC Bank, Carrefour and Pfizer.  

 

 

 

M. Adwi Yudiansyah
Prior to Maverick, Awie was an Expert Assistant at the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) where he provided advice, analysis and recommendations on Indonesian broadcasting policies. After the Asian Tsunami, Awie was sent by the Faculty of Social and Political Science, University Indonesia, to Aceh as the training coordinator in a capacity building program for the province’s radio stations. Awie holds a Mass Communications degree from the University of Indonesia. In Maverick, Awie is now leading the DKT and Carrefour account, and part of Coca-Cola Indonesia account.

 

 

Nurjamroji

Graduated from the Faculty of Social and Political Science, University of Prof DR. Moestopo, Jakarta, Odjie worked as a marketing trainer for one year in a financial consultant company. He then joined Maverick as a part-time Media Tracker, and promoted as associate in charge for the back-end preparation of Gauge, Maverick’s innovative on-line media tracking services as well as PR measurement.

Odjie now coordinates several retainer clients in Gauge division, including Credit Suisse, Citi Indonesia, Coca-Cola, Standard Chartered Bank and USAID-SENADA, and a number of Gauge’s project clients, such as Sariwangi and Astro.

 

 

 

Nur Shilla Christianto

Shilla holds a BA degree in Professional Communication, majoring in Public Relations from RMIT University, Melbourne. In Maverick, Shilla has worked with multi-national companies like Airbus and Coca-Cola. She previously led the Citi Indonesia account, Maverick’s largest retainer client, before moving up to a more senior role in the company – ensuring the smooth operations of account handling and personnel functions. Shilla specializes in crisis and issue management and is an accomplished media handling skills trainer. She had worked on projects involving litigation support for high profile cases and had developed a crisis management plan for an FMCG company in Indonesia.

 

Ong Hock Chuan
Ong has been a journalist for 15 years before moving into PR. In Indonesia, he headed the Ogilvy PR team that won the PR Week award for Asia’s Consultancy of the Year 1999. He was managing director of Ogilvy PR in Singapore before founding Maverick in 2002. Ong specializes in strategy, crisis and issues management and is an accomplished trainer in media handling and crisis management for top executives. He is a Nuffield Press Fellow at Cambridge University, a regular contributor in the opinion page of The Jakarta Post and a certified Associate Business Continuity Planner. He is also a member of AmCham, BritCham and an advisor to Yayasan Mitra Netra.

 

 

 

Sharon Issabella

Sharon joins Maverick as a fresh honors graduate in Communication Studies from The London School of Public Relations – Jakarta. Her working experience include stints in the customer service division of Giordano Indonesia, the quality control division of an architecture and design company PT. Persada Adyaksa, and as an account executive and PR officer in ASCOMAXX automotive magazine. At Maverick she is part of the Citi Indonesia and Carrefour project-based accounts whilst assisting crisis and issues management clients.
