About

Maverick was founded in June 2002 and within a year it has managed to become the trusted PR consultancy of blue-chip companies and respected organizations.

The key to its success has been to maintain focus on what clients in Indonesia need most from their PR consultancy: a capability to help strategize communications program with sound analysis and advice; and an uncompromising ability to execute these program on spec, on time and on budget.

This focus is reflected in the range of services we provide. We specialize in crisis/issues management and brand communications, whether it takes the form of corporate social responsibility programs, marketing PR or media relations.

We also have two supports services. The first is in training where we provide clients with skills in media handling, crisis handling and PR writing.

The second is provided by GAUGE, a division within Maverick that provides innovative online media tracking services as well as PR measurement.

We do not dabble in advertising, design or other communications disciplines, although we oversee or work with the best practitioners in their areas of expertise when the need arises.

We work best with clients who themselves are focused, know exactly what they want and need a PR consultancy to help them get there.

    @Toni: You are right that some of the postings have grammatical mistakes and it is something that we should do better. Some postings have slipped through the cracks because of work pressure but it’s no excuse and we will strive to achieve a high level of grammatical perfection this year.

    So how can anyone trust us? Perhaps in the fact that when we discover a weakness or mistake (as you’ve pointed out in our postings) we own up to it and do something about it straight away?
